Everything we do affects our world, the smallest choices, like turning on the faucet, makes an impact on our environment. Here at Ponics Produce we use a different method to grow produce, we try to conserve our land and water. Hydroponics uses 10 times less water than your traditional field grown crops. Water in hydroponics is recycled and reused. We donโt let as much water run off to waste. Being able to control the PH level, nutrients in the water allow for enhanced plant growth. This method allows plants to be more densely placed together which uses less room than a typical field crop. When growing hydroponically, you can grow local and support your community. Here at Ponics Produce we want to help educate others about small things they can do to help our environment, even field grown crops can take part in different items to help conserve the land.
