Cucumbers used for pickling are those that are processed or utilized to make pickles. They can still be consumed fresh, although pickling is a better option due to their smaller seeds, crunchier texture, and thinner peel. Along with their compact size, which requires little preparation.
*TIP – try them sliced with a dash of salt for a quick delicious and most importantly FRESH snack!
